Jim is an AI assistant operated by Artham, a product of Orpheon Technologies Private Limited. By messaging Jim on WhatsApp or signing up, you agree to these terms.

What Jim does

Jim searches online stores and services on your behalf, compares what it finds and reports back. When you ask, it can place an order or a booking for you on a site where you have an account, paid the way you choose, and it does so only after you confirm the summary it shows you. Payment details you share for that, such as a UPI id or a card's CVV, are used for that payment only; Jim never stores card numbers, CVVs or one-time passwords.

Orders are with the store

Jim is not the seller. Every order is placed with the store on its terms: its prices, delivery, returns and refunds. Jim reports what it sees on the store's pages and can make mistakes, so check the summary before you confirm.

Your accounts

To order, Jim signs in to your store account with the one-time password you choose to share at that moment. Jim never asks for, stores or types a password. You are responsible for your accounts and for what you ask Jim to do with them.

Fair use

Use Jim lawfully and for your own needs. We may limit or stop the service for misuse, and we may change or withdraw it at any time. Jim is provided as is, without a guarantee that it is available or error free, and our liability is limited to the extent Indian law allows.
