AI personal assistant on WhatsApp, by Artham

How Jim handles your data

Jim is a personal assistant run by Artham, a product of Orpheon Technologies Private Limited. This note says what Jim keeps about you and why.

What Jim keeps

Your WhatsApp number, the messages between you and Jim, the preferences you tell it such as sizes, your delivery pincode, the names of saved addresses, how you like to pay and your UPI id if you give it, and the screenshots of the web pages Jim visits while working on your requests. Jim does not keep card numbers, CVVs or one-time passwords.

Why

To find products, compare prices, place the orders and bookings you ask for, and to remember your preferences so you do not have to repeat them.

Who else sees it

Artham, which runs Jim. The AI provider that processes Jim's conversations and screenshots, Anthropic. WhatsApp, owned by Meta, which carries the messages. The sites Jim visits on your behalf see only what a visitor sees. Jim does not sell your data.

Your accounts and orders

Jim signs in to a site only when you ask it to order or book something, using the one-time password you share with it at that moment. Jim never asks for, types or stores a password, and it places an order or starts a payment only after you confirm the summary.

Keeping and deleting

Jim keeps this information while you use it. Ask Jim on WhatsApp, or write to support@artham.co, to have it deleted.
